• Complete Programme Details
• Complete Stage and Lighting Plan
• One copy of your script (If your script is entered in the Olga E. Harding New NZ Playwriting Award, please ensure a copy of the script is received by the TheatreFest National Administrator on or before 20th July, otherwise your script must accompany this entry form.)
• Local TheatreFest Entry Fee (if payable)
• Confirmation that your Theatre Group/School has paid their TheatreFest Administration Fee ($140.00 per entrant for member groups/societies or $260 per entrant for non-member groups [Note it is cheaper to just join as a member $140 + $100 = $240 than to enter as a non-member $260])
• Confirmation that your Theatre Group/School has paid their TNZ Membership Fee ($100.00)
• Evidence that Performance Rights have been obtained (if applicable)
• Evidence that Royalties have been paid (if applicable)
• Evidence that a Music Licence has been obtained from APRA (if applicable)
• Copy of the written permission of all cuts and/or adaptations (if applicable)
• Copy of webpage information (if applicable)
